The best customer service I have encountered. They're available 24 hours a day which is fantastic as I ordered from the UK for my friend in NY.

Really helpful post-order (did not contact them beforehand) in regards to my dissatisfaction of the bouquet delivered.

I think I may have just been unlucky and ordered when the florists stock was low, but I have no doubts from other reviews that if I had have ordered a 'specified' floral bouquet it would have been lovely.

Only disappointment was the high handling fee. I sell on line, too, and find a handling fee that high to be gouging. These flowers were sent as a surprise gift, and I was told they arrived at the right time and came looking beautiful.

Spent $80 on a large bouquet of flowers a balloon and bear for my grandmother who has a broken back she got maybe 12 flowers and they looked horrible this was after we could not find them for 3 hours because no one knew where they had been delivered because it said they were "left with man" they were found in the basement of the hospital in a beat up and torn box
