Only disappointment was the high handling fee. I sell on line, too, and find a handling fee that high to be gouging. These flowers were sent as a surprise gift, and I was told they arrived at the right time and came looking beautiful.
Spent $80 on a large bouquet of flowers a balloon and bear for my grandmother who has a broken back she got maybe 12 flowers and they looked horrible this was after we could not find them for 3 hours because no one knew where they had been delivered because it said they were "left with man" they were found in the basement of the hospital in a beat up and torn box

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
