I checked the lowered priced version of the bouquet I selected and was charged for the mid-priced version. I also had to start over 3 times because I had to click on a separate browser tab to get the address of the recipient.

To deliver on the correct day. The card was also wrong, had terrible grammatical errors, and looked like it was written by a 5 year old. When I called and asked for a refund, I was put on hold for ten minutes, and was then asked if I wanted to have them delivered, again, on the correct day. No thanks. Surprise was ruined, product was garbage, customer service was crap. NEVER AGAIN

The funeral spray was very beautiful. I really don't remember it having red in it in the picture but the actual spray did. That was no problem at all. It was truly was lovely.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
