This orchid plant was ordered from me in the U.K. To my friend in the US for her birthday. Should have arrived Friday but arrived today Monday, in wonderful condition, so very pleased. Am sure the delay in delivery is for to the Covid-19 and unprecedented times we live in. Tracking was brilliant too!

Easy to order
I was surprised at the size of the plant I ordered, it was very small, would have been nice on the site to give the size of the Azalea Bonzai plant. Also, it was delivered on time, which was great, but no card. They didn't even put it up with the rest of the plants at the funeral due to it being so small, luckily I saw it sitting on the table by the guest book so I could let my cousin know that plant was from us.
It's ok, except for the high delivery fee.
I was not happy with the $14.99 extra charge/fee. This charge was a surprise...there was NO mention of that ANYWHERE. However, I proceeded with the purchase because my daughter REALLY needed the "pick me up" on her birthday and because the COVID19 outbreak was beginning to interfere with her mental health.
It was very easy to order and the delivery time was outstanding. My son lives across the country and was thrilled to receive the basket with a flowering plant, fruit and we added chocolates and a couple of birthday balloons. I felt for what I saw online, I would order the premium (most generously filled, I guess) as it would be worth the price. (With delivery, about $105). I asked him to send me a picture of what he received. What a disappointment. The content and basket was very skimpy and the layout looked nothing like the web site. When I told my son how much it cost, he said, "it was the thought that counted mom".
My email said flowers starting at 19.99 but I never found anything with that price. The flowers were fine but not great. I didn't especially care for the arrangement chosen but the recipient seemed happy with it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
