I was disappointed that delivery was so costly and that customers don't find that out until the very end. But, the delivery went well. I would give the product and delivery 5 Stars this time, BUT, the way the Web site is setup, with customers being surprised at the very end by the amt of the delivery charge brought the overall rating down a little.
It was a little difficult to change my choices without starting over. It's also a bit early to review you when the recipient hasn't received their gift yet.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
