You put something out as a sale, and by the time all is said and done, the actual price is huge. This is very close to bait and switch.

Sent the flowers to my mom who is on lockdown at her assistance living facility due to covid-19. She said it brightened her day and they were beautiful. I was disappointed that delivery was so costly and that customers don't find that out until the very end. But, the delivery went well. I would give the product and delivery 5 Stars this time, BUT, the way the Web site is setup, with customers being surprised at the very end by the amt of the delivery charge brought the overall rating down a little.

It was a little difficult to change my choices without starting over. It's also a bit early to review you when the recipient hasn't received their gift yet.

On line process is good, the only reason I would choose NOT to use you in the future is if the flowers my friend receives don't look like what I selected for her. Please make sure that the order is accurate.

I appreciate your pricing. It is best I've seen yet. **I would like to have more room to sign names because sometimes several people pay for the purchase. I barely had enough room to fit all names. I had to delete spaces and could only fit my husband's and my last name on it.**
