My online order went smoothly. However, I have a suggestion for improvement: The "Message" should be able to edit when at the Order Review. The deliver charges is too expensive (about $15.00)considering the flower shop you contacted to make the flower arrangement and delivery is just around the corner. The fact that the delivery is just around the corner from the place of origin of the flower shop, it was delivered late! However, your customer service reacted fast to credit back the additional amount I paid for morning delivery to me.

The flowers were ordered well in advanced with the expedited handling (delivered before noon). Short story long, the flowers had yet to be delivered at 1:00 pm. I called and the florist as behind and my expedited fee was waived ( very good customer service). The product was soon delivered within the hour that was noted in my customer service phonecall. I ordered the deluxe and I was thoroughly disappointed as it was delivered to a lesser quality than advertised. (Smaller than advertised and the flowers not even bloomed). The only thing that went well was the customer service after the purchase in my mind already failed. Makes me wondered if it is because you fail often and are skilled at the customer service after the fact. Disappointed.

It was delivered after I paid for the extra part of having it delivered by noon next time I will not spend the money cause I was upset that it was late and I had them stay at home waiting for the flowers to show up

The arrangement was beautiful and was a great value for the price. The picture of the bouquet online was pretty close to the actual arrangement that was delivered. The picture online may have had a bit more filler to make the bouquet look larger, but not by much. I would purchase flowers from them again!
