Huge selection and good prices!
Nice website and easy no hassle choices with SUPER FAIR prices! However, after I actually placed my order the price jumped up!
Didn't deliver the day they were supposed to and were to upgrade and deliver the following day. Delivered but I couldn't tell there was any upgrade to the arrangement. Flowers were fresh and pretty.
I ordered 1 of the rose and vase combos and they delivered two to my wife with the same message, when I just ordered the 1 red roses and vase combo. Just don't want to be charged for 1 when I ordered 1. I did have two on the order at 1 time but removed the multi colored rose vase combo, I hope I do not have to pay for the web site mistake.

Service handling fees are ridiculous. I am british and have never experienced those before. However, after cancelling my reservation yesterday i was glad that i was told the fee would be waived. Thank you.
It was quick, very fast delivery beautiful product
The overall package was very nice and as expected and seen online, however after clearly mentioning twice the specific date that I wanted the flowers to be delivered to the designated person for their birthday which was one week later, the flowers were delivered the next day of placing the order. This made the whole point of bday flowers fly out the window which kept me dissatisfied
