I was not pleased that there was a minimum purchase amount to deliver to my mother's area. I was not able to get her flowers that I am sure she would have loved, a teddy bear and chocolates, because your system would not recognize the full purchase amount, only the cost of the flowers. That is so not cool! I'm sure my mom will like the flowers I got her, but it was very frustrating to put in all that time picking which one would be perfect for her, only to find that I can not get it? I think I will go back to how I used to order her flowers... call the florist down the road from her!

I really dislike the sneakiness of the pricing. The pricing is misleading in that you can't see the true price until you're ready to finalize the purchase. A more transparent and honest approach would be refreshing.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
