Really easy site to use. This is my first experience with your company and I am pleased so far. My flowers won't be delivered for four days but I'm sure I will be pleased. Also, it was nice to save a little money.

Your system isn't friendly to see a total amount before you get to the last phase of checkout and it is hard to change to a different flower arrangement without re-entering all of the billing/delivery info.
I would gladly use this company again. Most importantly, the recipient was very happy with the floral arrangement. Secondly, I live in Australia and had some questions. 'Jeanette' handled my correspondence and was excellent. She was a prompt, efficient and courteous correspondent. Without her help I probably would have looked elsewhere to purchase the gift. The product was easy to order and all went well. My only concern was that I was not aware of the $14 fee until it appeared as though 'tacked on' at the final checkout. True, I should have looked more carefully at the relevant pages in the website, but I also think the company should place this charge in a more prominent position on the website.
I think you shouldn't charge any extra handling fee...

Overall it was a good experience, however the site did not mention the service/handling fee till I was about to place the order. I suggest the site have it written elsewhere so customers are aware of the price of this fee.

Great online service. I didn't know what to get my sister for her Birthday! I placed order day before her B-day for next day delivery. My sister sent a pic text they look beautiful and she said they were! I will use them in future for balloon bouquets for my niece and nephew B-day surprise!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
