The bouquet was very small for me to end up paying $100 I wasn't happy with the size of the bouquet. But delivery time and availability at these times taken into consideration it was fair.
Service fees were ridiculous and not brought up front before last screen to pay. Need to disclose that up front.

Easy to find arrangements and pricing. However disappointed it was not delivered on day it was supposed to. They did send me an email later that day apologizing for delivery being late and refunded the extra amount of money i paid for same day delivery, but that was it. Nothing over and above to make up for the late delivery

The lilies in the bouquet shouldn't have been that far open. I used to lilies being delivered closed, so they last longer.
