Easy ordering process. Flowers were in great shape on delivery. Price was reasonable for 'Same Day Delivery'. Buyer beware, there is a stated 'Same Day' fee AND a high shipping/handling cost. That is not necessarily stated till the final checkout page. Still satisfied though!
I had to call customer service because it was already 6pm and I have not heard from my Aunt regarding the flowers I sent her. Your agent said that the delivery guy was in the area, so in other words, there was no point calling my aunt because she has not received it yet plus I didn't want to ruin the surprise. Would have been nice if she got it early on in the day, that would have made her day!
