I now understand the service fee. However the entire reason i placed my order was I really loved the presentation. The color scheme and flowers. I was willing to deal with the service fee- but what my mom received was not what I ordered. I ordered a pink based flower arrangement with a bright pink vase - she received a clear vase that completely ruined the color scheme. When I called they gave me a 15 dollar credit but I would be redascent to order again because they do not sub for anything close to what I ordered. I would have canceled the order if I had known the vase was clear. My mom had surgery, I wanted something bright and cheery that was all color coordinated. That is not what I got.
My friend was not at work and I had to ruin the surprise because no one called her about the delivery
I did not know I was ordering a puzzle for my wife to put together. She received a box with everything inside and she had to put the flowers and wrapping in the vase. It was not even arranged.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
