I sent the basket of assorted cheese, crackers and snacks as a thank you for my Aunt's hospitality. I added the bear as she loves Teddies and LOVES baskets. Not only was my order not delivered on the date I asked for it I was advised it would delivery the next day and it NEVER was. It was to be a surprise and the company called to tell the recipient that it would not be delivery that day. So the surprise was ruined and she received today and the some of the fruit was already going bad. I am pretty sure I will not order through here again. I already place another order for next week through someone else because of all this.
Was supposed to be three pink roses and yellow Lilly, had to change it due to availability. Instructed that Three yellow roses would be acceptable for the Lilly. Actual product received was ONE pink rose, carnations, and daffodils, hardly the 6 roses or 3 roses and 3 Lilly I expected.
