The order system was very easy and looking forward to seeing the finished product.
After receiving the finished product, I noticed that I paid for Deluxe, and there were no tulips at all on the arrangements. This is what I was so excited about.

I was hoping for a bright arrangement and was a little disappointed with the choice of flowers. The last one I ordered was beautiful.

Flowers were beautiful recipient tells me, however I ordered the Pink Petals as the vase was pink. She said they were in a clear vase. I called to report and they said they would issue a coupon which I feel was not appropriate, the order should have been delivered as shown. If pink was not available, I should have been notified prior to the delivery. My friend is 97 and the pink vase was important to her as she said she has a shelf full of clear ones. I will chose another florist in the future.
It was fast and easy and the flowers were beautiful.
I doubt I'll use this service again (or recommend it) solely due to the website adding the delivery fee after taking the payment information. I understand I could have cancelled prior to the final submission.

I ordered this basket for a neighbor. He is 13 years old and absolutely loved it! He just underwent surgery and this definitely cheered him up!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
