My order was a last minute thought after my father-in-laws surgery had some complications. It was easy to order and I loved the different options I had to ensure that the flowers got there quickly. I didn't mind paying a little extra and it wasn't really that much extra.

I received my order after 4 pm today via UPS and when I opened my order I was not very satisfied. Some of the flowers were wilted and there was no water on the flowers. Also the chocolates were completely melted into nothing.
My husband has bought me flowers from here two other times and they were excellent and I didn't have any problems (they were also same day orders and the one from today was not)

The flowers looked exactly as represented in the online picture and my wife loved them.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
