No where in the website was a charge indicated for 17.00. I could fly to ATL and get the orchid to her for this price. I cetainly hope she is pleased with this gift...
THIS BUSINESS does not even deserve a SINGLE star... buyer beware... I paid for same day delivery and the expedited within 4 hour delivery charge. NO flowers delivered that day and I was not notified I had to call and find out my flowers were not delivered. It appears there ws a rush in Alaska on flowers that day. I requested a refund which was given and in writing I was told I would get a $50 gift certificat for future orders due to all the issues. I got a $12.91 gift cert, are you kidding? The flowers I had ordered were over $50, they said it was a typo they do not give $50 gifr certs... long story short, after stating I was going to call the BBB as you don't deliver when you say and take back your written promise of GC, illegal practices, I was verbal told they would honor the $50 GC. A month later still no gift cert. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM BUYER BEWARE! I will not do any business with them ever.
Very beautiful arrangement! Only disappointed because of the time it was delivered. I called and requested the shipment of fresh cut flowers to be delivered as late as possible which was 6:00, and instead it came about 3:00.
The balloon and chocolates were also very nice. I would recommend From You Flowers!
Ordering was quick & easy, now I just have to see how satisfied I'll be when I see the flowers. Paid extra so they arrive for my Aunt's wake tomorrow Between 2-5 PM. Hope they arrive on time.
Flowers were delivered on time but expected better quality of flowers. The spray was much smaller than shown in picture. I knew it would be smaller but not that much. Also not even One white rose was included which was shown in description. Not what I expected for the price I paid. Should have gotten a vase of flowers if I knew they'd be that small wouldn't have looked so cheap. Too late now my aunt is buried.
I ordered the flowers for a friend's dinner party. I attended the party & was able to view the flowers. The arrangement that arrived was not exactly similar to the one I ordered. The arrangement resembled a fall one and wasn't as plush as I would have expected for the upgrade I selected. However, I contacted customer service and was able to get the matter resolved. Your customer service is 5 star!

Picture shows mostly purple but came mostly pink. Also the flowers are two days old and faded and dead.

The chocolates in my package had spilled all over the flowers and melted. My girlfriend said she only ate one of the chocolates. Whoever delivered the package clearly did not handle it correctly. I paid for shipping and handling. This is crazy.

A little disappointed that the service and handling fee was more than I saved. When I seen the arrangement at the funeral home or was not as full as it was supposed to be and there were bare spots. I was actually a little embarrassed the funeral was for a close long time friend of the family.
