$15 service handling pronounced at end of transaction was a surprise (especially after I received an email that said it would be free), would be more likely to purchase again or more frequently if fees were not hidden at end of transaction.
There's coupon codes all over but no matter what I did I didn't get the free shipping and most other site offer free vases. **Update, I received an email with a credit about $13 but I have to use it within 2 weeks. No likely. But having said all that, the recipient went crazy over the flowers and said they were lovely and large and smelled great so I will try your site again because of the quality.

Very deceptive pricing practices. Advertised for $19.99. I chose $23.99 plus $5 for a mylar balloon. Somehow that became $29.99?! "Bonus" Google discount of $6.00--whoopee, so now I'm paying about what I should have paid in the first place without the hassle (19.99 + 5.00). Advertised "same day" but then charge extra for morning delivery the NEXT day! Plus $14.99 handling charge. I expected to spend around $30-35, not nearly $55. It better be beautiful and it better be delivered EARLY in the morning because, so far, I'm not impressed or satisfied.
I didn't see the flowers in person, but the recipient told me that they were absolutely beautiful - the white and green combination was perfect!

The flowers and service have always been great - however 2 of the 3 times I've ordered flowers, the containers were not what they should have been. An orange vase was a green pitcher and a lovely pink vase was just a plain clear one.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
