It was a gift and the recipient was very pleased.
This is the second order they got wrong in less than a month, the first they apologized and gave me a 15.00 gift certificate and the recipient of the flowers got a small three rose arrangement from the florist and an apology. Ok, things happen they made it right...I use the gift certificate to place another order for same day delivery, later they called me and apologized that they would not be able to make the delivery on time which was for a birthday. They promised next day delivery and an upgrade in the actual arrangement and to credit my account for the delivery fee along with the processing fee and take an additional 10% off. The flowers did arrive the next day and they were not impressive in anyway. I could have gotten them in shoprite. I have to wait and see if they really credit my account.

I paid extra for guarantee delivery before 12 pm, yet the item was delivered well after 1 pm. I would like to be reimbursed the $5 I paid for the delivery please. Thank you.

The quality of the flowers cannot be disputed. However the quantity did not reflect the price nor the past purchases. Very dissatisfied will never allow the florist to design bouquet again

$14 handeling fee on the last page almost made me cancel my order.
It would be nice if you can show the shipping & handling charges at the beginning. Not to surprise the customers at the very end.
And something else - I was thinking that there will be a real greeting card attached to the flowers, not one ugly cut and attached with paper-clip piece of paper.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
