Prices are good, site works well, 14.95 service and handling at checkout suck! The flowers were delivered to a distant location so I was not able to actually see them, I was sent a photo and they look very nice.
I would consider your firm if the need to send flowers arises again but now when I compare prices of other vendors will know that your site has a hidden $15 cost.

I was unaware of the $15 delivery charge the first time I ordered until 90% of the way through the process. I would have appreciated knowing how much the delivery charge was upfront. Sadly, the delivery charge you added made the discount I received for using your service disappear. It definitely impacted how I felt about my experience. It is something to consider before ordering.

Best, most affordable flower delivery site I found. Excellent selection - can't stress that enough. Got to my girlfriend's hotel on time and she as absolutely thrilled - the vase (mug) looked even better than it did online. Next time I need to send flowers but can't use a local shop, I'll be using this site for sure.
Thought the service/handling fees were a bit high. The bouqet of flowers were delivered in a very timely manner & arrived fresh & lovely. Recipient was very happy w/ the flowers. I thought they were very pretty, but ever so slightly disappointed that the bouquet was not as full as the one shown on your web page. Other than that, I would say that overall I was quite satisfied w/ my shopping experience & the goods rcvd.
