I wasn't too happy with the quality of flowers. Some looked wilted. It just didn't seem nice. Not sure if it was because I chose the regular size instead of deluxe but nevertheless I just thought the flowers should have looked more better

What was received looked nothing at all like what was pictured. There was a limited amount of cheap snacks in a red paper box - not a basket as was depicted. Disappointed.

I received an email saying there was a special discount for me as a preferred customer. However, it appeared to be the same discount that anyone visiting the website would get. If so, that's false advertising.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
