I like the fact that the floral arrangements are pictured.
I wasn't too happy with the quality of flowers. Some looked wilted. It just didn't seem nice. Not sure if it was because I chose the regular size instead of deluxe but nevertheless I just thought the flowers should have looked more better

I was VERY pleased with the service and the availability - costs seemed reasonable. THEN, AFTER I had checked out with PayPal, I saw that there is a $14.99 handling fee. Would not have ordered if I had seen it earlier; am sorry I missed it in the process.

What was received looked nothing at all like what was pictured. There was a limited amount of cheap snacks in a red paper box - not a basket as was depicted. Disappointed.
This was sent to someone else so I don't know how the order actually turned out. From what I have heard I guess it was okay.
Very Easy and reasonable pricing
I received an email saying there was a special discount for me as a preferred customer. However, it appeared to be the same discount that anyone visiting the website would get. If so, that's false advertising.
Very convenient. I did get surprised by the handling fee. That should be made clear earlier in process. Can you email me a photo of the arrangement? If no, I can ask the recipiet to send one.
