Very helpful and friendly
I use From You Flowers about 5 times per year. Flowers are always beautiful and delivery is always on time.
The product turned out really nice. I am happy with that. There was a delivery issue the day I ordered, which is fine. I understand that happens. It just wasn't able to made that day. The only thing is, who ever delivered it didn't follow the delivery instructions. When I called, I requested it be left at the back door, and it was okay to leave it. It wasn't left by the back door, and the hang tag notifying them was left on the front door, which isn't used. So, I don't know if that wasn't passed on to the driver or not.
Would have rated higher, but that depends on after receipt of flowers. Received flowers; my mother loved them. Thank you!
I like the lay out and the quality of the pictures you have of your flowers.
But the product I recieved was not what was pictured. That was slightly disappointing.
