The price was fine but the arrangement looked nothing like the picture.
Website freezes a lot. Overall good selection. Better or exotic choices a a bit expensive. Cant apply Georgia Pacific 20% discount on top of regular sale. Choices are better than flowers.com. Best quality and price are on cheaper to medium items. Big date so had to spend $150 and wife loves orchids; wish my GP discount apply on top of sale; - another 20% would be well justified.
Update: for $150 i expected more. I could have gotten similar thing at Kroger for $50. I think lower price offerings are better way to go, or at least not Orchids. Good flowers and all, but $150 was way too much for that imo.
Didn't care much for the surprise service/handling charge, that should be given up front with the price and discount before we go to the summit order page. To me that is being deceiteful but other than that, so far I'm satisfied. Most important, is you not missing the delivery date!

Great price and great delivery but flowers where somewhat past there time, probably won't last. Overall nice flowers.
Flowers were delivered in incredible time, however they were different than what I ordered. They came in a different vase and with only a few sunflowers and berries as opposed to all sunflowers in a tin vase. Expensive for what the arrangement was but the recipient was thrilled and impressed, so all is well.
