I did not like that I had to start over when trying different discounts. I received a different vase than the one that was pictured. That was very disappointing.
When I tried to go back and make alterations it would create an addition item with the changes and leave the prior item still on the order. It would be nice to make alterations more user friendly. However this is my first time using your site I may have just been using it incorrectly.
Once I typed in the Zip code (*******) for my recipient, I was unable to change the recipient's city. Her office is in Oak Brook, Illinois, but the website used Lisle, Illinois as the mailing address. I really hope that the order gets delivered to the correct city address.

$15 service and handling charge did not appear until the very last page of checkout, greatly increasing price. This is akin to a bait and switch, will not order from here again.

I rated my overall as a 3 star as I kept getting an error message that the credit card was not accepted and had to restart my order.

My mother-in-law loved the flowers.I've always sent her flowers for her birthday. And she said these were the best one's ever! This is the first time I used this site, and will now continue to use it forever! Was very happy with the service as they called her to tell her to tell her they were running late. She wasn't home, so they left them for they. The driver called her to ask if they were okay when she got home. And then received two more phone calls from the store manager to see if she was happy with the service. This is the first time she ever received flowers from a local florist too.What a difference in service. And they are hand-delivered too. Not shipped thru the mail.I can't say enough about this company. I'm so happy to have found it. Thank you "Flowersfromyou.com! You are now my official on-line florist!
I think the cost of flowers is ridiculously high in general, so I choose fromyouflowers to not break the bank. My order arrived on time, the recipient was thrilled, and I'm very satisfied with my experience with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
