Was waiting for a $20 coupon because order did not get to funeral service but never received-so I took the free shipping so I could make sure arrangement was ordered
Beautiful plant. Sent to my best friend's mother's funeral. There was a problem with the color that I ordered, but they called me ahead of time to make sure it was okay to send the same plant, but in a different color. It turned out to be even prettier than the white I had ordered.

Nice site! I was very happy with this business. They had a great selection with very fair prices. This was the first time that I purchased flowers from them. We had them delivered to our brother in law in CA, and they were delivered on the same day that I ordered them. He took a picture of the bouquet, and they were beautiful. It matched the picture on their Web site. I called them after I originally placed the order online, with a couple of questions about their service, and the lady answered my questions and was very helpful. I definitely recommend them, and I will purchase flowers from them again.
Unfortunately, I paid for my order to be expedited, and it did not arrive on time. What made the experience worse is I had to call customer service 3 times for an update. I was told that someone would contact me with an update, and I never received a phone call, so I had to call again. I understand things can occur, but this has happened with other vendors, and they would refund me for the order. I assume the "Satisfaction Guarantee" is conditional. I was told I would only receive the $4.99 expedite fee back. Very disappointed in the customer service throughout this entire process.
The prices are always different for the same exact flower arrangement everytime you go back to the website.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
