Well, the delivery was a disaster. The person gave it to a FedEx office in the hotel instead of the front desk. This action ruined the element of surprise and caused great inconvenience.

It is unbelievable how one side was going to charge me the same amount of money paid for the flowers for shipping and handling. I specifically used your site because it said it would be delivered the next day and I paid extra for before noon service--the gift for my daughter's birthday was not delivered that day, but the next day. I was disappointed
I ordered a Teddy Bear with a 'decorated' sunflower and birthday balloon. Unfortunately the Teddy Bear was missing upon delivery. The sole reason I ordered what I did was because of the Teddy Bear! This gift was for a small child and I was looking forward to her receiving this gift, but was extremely disappointed that it was not delivered!
I often order arrangements online, but have never experience a missing item before.

These flowers were for my mother's 70th birthday and were more beautiful in person then the picture showed and arrived faster than I had anticipated. I was so impressed! I will definitely be using you again. Thank you so much
I paid for and was guaranteed a delivery prior to 12:00pm, but the delivery took place after 2:00pm. They did refund the money I paid for expedited delivery.
Everything went smoothly. I called because I had a question and it was resolved. Thank you for your care in our time of distress for a family member.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
