Well, the delivery was a disaster. The person gave it to a FedEx office in the hotel instead of the front desk. This action ruined the element of surprise and caused great inconvenience.

The product delivered did not match the picture on line. The arrangement depicted was full, with purple asters. The arrangement we got had no purple asters and was very sparse looking. I was not pleased with it at all

I tried so many online places to find nice flower with affordable price and not so sky high shipping and handling. It is unbelievable how one side was going to charge me the same amount of money paid for the flowers for shipping and handling. This one gave me everything I was looking for and I am so happy with what I got. I will recommend them to anyone I know. Again, thank you!

I ordered a Teddy Bear with a 'decorated' sunflower and birthday balloon. Unfortunately the Teddy Bear was missing upon delivery. The sole reason I ordered what I did was because of the Teddy Bear! This gift was for a small child and I was looking forward to her receiving this gift, but was extremely disappointed that it was not delivered!
I often order arrangements online, but have never experience a missing item before.
I would very much appreciate this resolved asap!
