The first arrangement that was delivered was supposed to be premium grade and it looked like someone had gone in their backyard picked a few stems and put them in a vase. I called. After being on hold for more than 15 minutes of debating how this would be handled they sent someone to pick up the arrangement. How embarrassing. They then chose another florist and at my insistence upgraded it to a premium new extra charge, however it too was not as pictured on their website. Although it was better it still was not correct. I would never use this company again.

To charge $6 to make sure it the flowers arrive by noon is rediculous! Especially when I am placing the order 5 days in advance. You would do better without all the gimmicks and just straighforward price at a reasonable rate.

The flowers arrived in a box, and the vase in another box, nothing like having to put it all together on your birthday, cut the stems etc.
When my girfriend told me that i could not believe it
I prob wont order again unless u can change that, embarassing
