Surprised that shipping is so expensive in these trying times. Normally do not buy online because of this. But because of the virus I was forced to do so not to miss my grandchildren's birthday. Most sites are offering lower or reduced rates. Your s&h will give me the reason not to order from you in the future.

Ordering was very quick and easy and you had the flowers I wanted for my granddaughter's birthday. Unfortunately the flowers I ordered were not available so a substitute was made. While the flowers delivered were lovely they were not as beautiful as I ordered. But with the Covid-19 crisis I understand that things are different now and not everything is as available as before even flowers. My granddaughter was tickled to get the flowers and that's all that really matters!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
