Appreciate the free shipping offer. Site is easy to maneuver. However, boxed flowers were on dly truck for over 14 hrs and were delivered after 8pm. Flowers were not packaged with anything to help keep the stems moist, so are somewhat wilted. They are getting better after being in water overnight. Finally, the stems are shorter than other tulips I've had delivered before (both from From You Flowers and from others), so that was a bit disappointing.
The recipient showed my the picture of the plant. I was a bit disappointed that it didnt have the blooms that appeared on the ad. It was for a wedding so was hoping it looked more vibrant. It was also delivered a day early which was fine. Overall, you stay on top of orders, (my previous order was great) and your website is easy to navigate.

Good but want to wait until product gets there The flowers went to my son's house and he said thank you but did not rave over the beauty of the bouquet. That might be because his wife is dying and he just cant get excited over things.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
