The wrong flower arrangement was delivered. I ordered the sunflowers with the "Happy Face" vase, but they delivered the sunflowers in a clear vase with a "Happy Face" balloon. Since these were sent to my brother who just completed open heart surgery, I said nothing. However, I am not sure if I paid more for the flowers I actually ordered.

The size of the bunch of the dozen roses looked like a small bouquet with very little baby's breath for filling. I will not be using the his company in the future unless is only option, then would be a good suggestion...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
