Ordering was simple, but when my daughter sent me pictures I was disappointed. The bear looked unhappy with a frown on its face. I did not realize it was shipped in a box. I thought it would be delivered by a local flower shop. I didn't think she would have to arrange them herself. The roses came wrapped up. Maybe the web page had fine print that states flower shop located in other state so will ship UPS. Not what I thought I was getting. Will stick to local flower shops from now on.

This order was somewhat disappointing. I ordered it for a friend who was just diagnosed with breast cancer. She was so happy to receive them and I ask her to send a picture. The tulips were very small and already open and sagging. I was not pleased and am not sure I will order from you again, which makes me sad as I it was an easy experience doing so. I had hoped this would be my go to place for orders from now on.

Pictures of the flowers I send look so pretty but the picture Barbara took and sent me with her thanks was not what I had expected. The bouquet that I ordered was 15 tulips in a vase for 29+. What she received was 9 tulips in a vase for 39+.
I had the same problem with SendFlowers that I'm having with you. Even though they sent out another bouquet I will NOT order through them again, it looks like you will be the same.

Ordering was easy. However the flowers received were NOT at all what I ordered. Tulip Rainbow, upgraded for additional tulips, was to be all tulips. Received only 6 tulips and fillers. Pretty, but not the quality I expected for the price. Very disappointed as was a gift for my daughter's promotion. Requesting a refund.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
