Tried to call customer service regarding when they would be delivered-called multiple times-on hold for a long time & then disconnected
This was a gift to family in a different state, but they lived it and sent a picture
Forgot to deliver the chocolates that I paid for with the flowers and balloon so they had to return the next day.
Would have preferred a different balloon, and the flower cake didn't seem quite as pictures. Still really lovely though, and got there so quickly!
