This company is horrible... Total online SCAM! Customer service will tell sweetly anything you want to hear, but try to cancel an order because of their lack of delivery and poor customer service, and you will end up frustrated. PLEASE call your credit card company for a charge back... A TOTAL ONLINE SCAM! Read their reviews... 1 star? Seriously? There truly is a reason for the bad reviews!

Ordering was simple and easy

Ordering was simple and easy. Paid expedite fee for morning delivery the following day. Flowers were delivered late afternoon. Customer service refunded the expedite fee with no problem. That makes it right in my book. Flowers were great! I feel the service was good and expect to order again.

I think 14.00 for shipping is ridiculous and then you tack on a handling charge on top of that.
Left the website to go to another one basically because I didn't want to pay $15 for shipping. You guys sent me an email stating that you would waive the fee so I was happy with that I think that y'all should lower the price is a little for shipping.
The flowers are great and beautiful and my friend love them,so that's wonderful

I specifically chose the product to get blue flowers for a baby boy.
I was not happy that the blue was switched to purple. I also thought the prices was high for the flowers we got but the delivery time was excellent.

I don't usually by online flowers I usually stop at a shop and pick them up for my wife...Not happy with the $14.99 Service and Handling fee! Price was miss leading! The $ amount should include all charges up front! I'm sure this is not the first time your hearing this! Not sure why I'm even saying this cause I'm sure this has been going on for sometime. :( I hope they are as beautiful as they look online when she gets them! THE FLOWERS SHOWED UP AND LOOKED SOMEWHAT WILTED AND HAD WAY TO MUCH GREENERY IN THEM. I CALLED AND ASKED THEM TO BE PICKED UP THAT THEY WERE NOT THE FLOWERS I SAW ONLINE AND ORDER FOR MY WIFE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD RESEND THEM OUT AND THE NEXT DAY THEY NEVER SHOWED. I CALLED AROUND 5PM AND ASKED TO BE REFUNDED THE GIRL I SPOKE WITH THE SECOND DAY WAS HELPFUL AND CREDITED ME THE MONEY AND SAID SHE WOULD SEND ME A $10 GIFT CARD FOR MY NEXT ORDER... Honestly my wife was disappointed...

The website was easy to place the order. However, I place an order for same day delivery which at the time of placing the order was well within the dealine for same day delivery service. Yet, I received a call after 5pm notifying me the same day delivery would not be able to be delivered.

Of course, I was disappointed because it was father's birthday but I do understand unexpected events happen that do not allow services to be provided as guaranteed. My issue is the late notification from the my order was placed to the time I was notified is less than ideal customer service!

With that said, the customer service agent has issued a refund for the same day service fee and offered to upgrade the arrangement. However, I can't determine if an upgrade in size or number of additional flowers were provided.

There is always some concern when ordering flowers for people you care about from a new place. But looking back at the process I must say that using fromyouflowers.com was one of my best experiences and flowers were just perfect and delivered fast. Emails on order and delivery ensured all went through as promised and when you are having a hectic week, that is so helpful. Bravo team!
