Second time to order! Wondering why my order had an FTD #. Is this really FTD by another name? I contacted the company by email because my order had not been received. I was supposed to hear back within 1 hour. That was Thursday. I still have not heard back from them. The first experience was great. The second was not. Cannot say that I will use them again!
Great easy service
I order an arrangement and they didn't have the mug that was shown in the picture. Then i recieved picture of the arrangement from the personi sent it to and it was definitely not what i had paid 65.00 for. So i will not recommend this place nor use it ever again.!

I have been mostly satisfied with the service I have had from this company
Ordered early and paid extra for same day, but it didn't happen. The customer service department at fromyouflowers was wonderful and contacted the florist several times. The plant was delivered the next day and was lovely. Still await the refund of my same day service fee.
