Loved the picture, price and service were great. They forgot the balloon. What was delivered wasn't as good or colorful as the picture. Colors were changed and it looked more like a lump of flowers than a cake.
The only fees mentioned were the 2.99 same day delivery fee until checkout when the brought up the 14.99 delivery fee. Also, the price already reflects the google coupon, which was not mentioned previously,
I paid the extra $5 for delivery before noon. The delivery was late, around quarter to one. Asidefrom that, though, a good experience.

The arrangement was very disappointing. It was small and hardly had any flowers in it, a lot of greens for filler. I will not be ordering that arrangement again, not worth the money.
