The shopping experience was great, however I would like to see a better calculation of what my balance due is, and shipping prices up front before getting to check out. My sister loved the flowers and I would definitely use the site again!

Ordering was easy and the pictures were detailed. My order, however, was not delivered before noon like it was supposed to. Then the flower shop guaranteed it to be delivered before 4 pm, and it didn't get delivered until 4:30 pm. The flowers were beautiful but didn't come with the purple vase that it said it would online. That was one of the reasons I chose the flowers was for the purple vase. Overall, my order was a hassle. I won't be ordering from the website again.
