Said free same day,had to pay for same day. Didn't receive until the next day. Ordered the deluxe and got regular. Totally disappointed!

The quality was not there I was not satisfied with the looks of the flowers some were dead an alot of the flowers wasn't bloomed. Also I paid for same day delivery which got canceled. The flowers were delivered late the next day. I feel it was overpriced.

Everything was fine except for the teddy bear. It was pretty raggety.
I had ordered the birthday cake bouquet from you before and it was perfect. This time the middle flowers were large daisies that didn't even fit and it had tapers instead of birthday candles. Terrible! Please do not get your orders filled from that florist again. Extremely disappointed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
