Charged for a $5 balloon that was not provided. The quality and presentation looked lousy, did not look anything like the picture. I had upgraded to the most expensive flowers but the order looked such poor quality, not professional, like someone picked up a dozen roses and just stuck them in a vase. Flowers were not arranged. Will not order from your company again. Spent $65. Poor false advertisement.

I was not expecting the extra service and handling charge...there always seems to be extra charges. I always seem to have problems with my orders but I keep trying because of the deals and you usually get it right the second time! Hopefully this will be right!

The quality was not there I was not satisfied with the looks of the flowers some were dead an alot of the flowers wasn't bloomed. Also I paid for same day delivery which got canceled. The flowers were delivered late the next day. I feel it was overpriced.
And the $14.99 service fee is ridiculous.

Have not personally seen the product delivered,as they were for my daughter-in-law.The delivery was made as scheduled when I ordered.
She was very happy with the suprise but tracking said it was delivered to the wrong town that upset me.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
