Flowers looked good, good delivery, kinda expensive but worth the smile on her face.
The flowers are absolutely gorgeous; however, I gave it a 4 because, when I was ordering online the picture showed all the flowers were purple which was why I went with that particular one. When my friend received them they were actually pinks and purples; more pinks.

I felt that the email I got announcing Free Delivery wasn't 100% accurate. You had to get a more expensive arrangement for it to be free. Otherwise, the process was easy and efficient.
