I was surprised by the service & handling fee, which should have been mentioned earlier. Since the flowers were sent to someone with suspected COVID-19, I haven't seen them, but they were appreciated.
Choices are somewhat limited but great to get quick delivery with good prices.
It looked less expensive than competitors but by the time the fees were added (not described until payment time) it was the same price or even more. Kind of a tricky scam that I wasn't impressed with.
The flowers seem lovely and the website was easy to use!

Having said that, the recipients of the flowers were impressed, and the delivery was prompt. (We did pay extra for expedited delivery.)

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
