Great service. A little expensive for the flowers and I didn't like the 15.00 delivery charge but it was a last minute thing and they got it there and they were very pretty!

I ordered flowers on Saturday for my BFF Bday for the next day & it did offer same day delivery but I opted out bc she would be gone that day. Sunday I got email that there wasn't anyone available to deliver on Sundays. I was disappointed but was pleased that they called & sent an email to let me know. Monday she was nit home and they called again to let me know they left it on the porch I really loved that they kept me informed!
My only critique is that I would like to be able to get close-up and 360 degree views of the arrangements.
I paid 4.99 to delivery before 12:00 and the didn't get delivered until after 2:00. I received a 4.99 refund for the inconvenience.
I am not pleased with the size of the bouquet for the price I paid.
The bouquet was on the small side and skimpy, when i ordered the deluxe size
