Working with the website to place the order went smoothly. Unfortunately, the florist really did a bad job with the flower arrangement. The arrangement was missing the pink lilies and purple wax flowers that it was supposed to have and the roses were old and the edges were brown. I called customer service and the gal was very pleasant and gave me my money back with an apology.
Second time I've used you folks and I've been pleasantly surprised both times. I'd recommend you to anyone.

I ordered flowers for my wife 3 days in advance and also payed for the expedited shipping by 12pm. 12pm on the delivery date came and went and I received no notification of my order being late. I contacted From You Flowers and the Rep. Responded confirming that my order was late, and that my expedited shipping fee would be reimbursed. I was highly displeased, since I had placed my order well in advance. Their CS gave me a $10 voucher for my inconvenience, but I highly doubt I'll use it any time soon. I paid $75 for a red vase with maybe 6 roses and 4 lillies. I was expecting a more beautiful arrangement for that price.
I felt I had to enter most information twice, and got confused, thinking I might be placing 2 orders by mistake.

High handling fee only disclosed at very end after I'd spent too much time navigating to end. A gotcha that I reluctantly paid rather than going elsewhere - not a way to encourage return business.

Response I received that this was 'policy' and 'standard practice'; in other words, "pound salt". I suggested that an upfront advisory should be posted that says something to the effect of "after we see your complete order we will apply a surcharge that is likely to be $10 or more, to cover 'other expenses'
Next interaction was that I'd paid roughly $5.00 for delivery in am. flowers were delivered in pm. I submitted request for refund and it was promptly granted. That's good. But much better would have been note on the delivery notice that said something like " despite our best efforts we were not able to deliver in the AM. therefore we are refunding the expedite charge and also crediting your credit card with an additional amount equal to that charge to compensate you for the late delivery and let you know how important keeping our promises is to us"
The flowers for my mom were absolutely beautiful!
Will wait and see how the delivery goes. Went off without a hitch, left it on the porch, wife got it when she got home and was thrilled. Thanks

Beautiful arrangements. Great customer service. They couldn't deliver the arrangement in the day intended, but they contacted me by phone immediately to let me know it would be delivered the next day. Much appreciated. The only thing I would recommend is that there needs to be a way to refine the searches on the web site, like being able to choose the option of picking prices from low to high, high to low, and things like that. If I have missed that option somewhere, than I would just suggest making that easier to find! Yes, I will be using them in the future!
Flowers weren't as much in quantity
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
