Beautiful arrangements

Beautiful arrangements. Great customer service. They couldn't deliver the arrangement in the day intended, but they contacted me by phone immediately to let me know it would be delivered the next day. Much appreciated. The only thing I would recommend is that there needs to be a way to refine the searches on the web site, like being able to choose the option of picking prices from low to high, high to low, and things like that. If I have missed that option somewhere, than I would just suggest making that easier to find! Yes, I will be using them in the future!

I was shocked at the approx additional $20 in fees for delivery. A $61 product cost me $83! I understood the $2.00 same day the $4.00 for delivery in 4 hours. No where was an additional $14.95 mentioned until the last part of checkout, when you final click to place the order.

The Mylar balloon was not full and showed signs of deflation when the flowers were delivered.
90% of the flowers were WHITE when in the description the arrangement listed flowers that were in the blue spectrum. This was for a baby boy gender reveal. My daughter and son in law received an arrangement that in no way gave them any idea of what the gender was except for the fact there were not any pink flowers. They only knew it is a boy because thank goodness I bought the "it is a boy" Mylar balloon (which was completely deflated after 3 hours from delivery).

The card information was typed in the way I had wanted it on the congratulations card as it was a verse with emphasis on certain words. The entire message was typed in all CAPITAL LETTERS!

They had pictures and video taken of this precious moment and the balloon looked awful.

Not at all satisfied with the arrangement. For the price I ended up paying I should have gone with another company that had a similar arrangement. The only reason I did not was the fact your arrangement was in a basket and theirs was in a vase. The picture of your product with the colored flowers was not what was delivered. I understand each arrangement will have its own uniqueness, however this arrangement was not at all what was expected based upon the description of the flowers that would be in the arrangement.

So disappointed! A once in a lifetime moment was flawed due to this arrangement. This is their first child, the first grandbaby, and the first of the next generation for our family.

This was my first experience with your company and it will be my last. I will be ordering many more arrangements for my daughter and it will be through your competitors who have not failed in the past. I regret not sticking with them, I should have given the importance of this delivery. I simply needed an arrangement in a basket not a vase. :(

If i could give them a negative rating I would. We ordered flowers for a funeral of a 15 year old boy. They live far away and we were not able to attend.
They did not have the flowers delivered. They said they tried to call the local florist, but i don't think they did.
They said they will refund the money, but we'll see if that actually happens.
Call the local florist directly. DON'T BE DUPED INTO THEIR 20% OFF COUPON. They will give you $8 off, but then add a $16 "service fee."

The added handling charge is a stupid. Felt like I was screwed over at check out. I was also told that I would receive a delivery confirmation with the time the product was delivered. Still have not received that. I won't be ordering from this site again.

The delivery charges were steep compared to other carriers and I also paid extra to ensure an early delivery. The flowers arrived late and because of this I never got to view the product. A call to customer services got me a refund of my additional fee and the flowers I wanted delivered at noon were delivered around 1:30.

Easy and quick. The service handling fee I wasn't expecting. We will see when the flowers arrive. Thanks! Flowers came, unfortunately, two days after the intended date. Customer service was great! They upgraded my package and wrote an apology note on my behalf explaining why the gift didn't arrive on time. Excellent marks on fixing the problem.
