The arrangement was sparse. The order site picture of the flower arrangement was similar but there was quit fewer flowers. There was only 2 yellow roses and large gaps where some greens should have been. It is actually a sad little arrangement. This was for my daughter's 21st birthday. How disappointing.

Example: YOU SMALL MEDIUM OR LARGE BEARS, BUT WHEN YOU SELECT ONE THEBEAR STAYS THE SAME. Not real happy with the little bear that I ordered because I thought it wouldbe like the picture.

Your website was easy to navigate and the pictures of the arrangements were nice. Unfortunately we paid for early delivery since it was for a co-worker and it was delivered after 2pm. Although I personally did not see the flowers, my co-worker said they were beautiful.
Delivery was within just a couple of hours, which was great. However, the flowers my sister received looked NOTHING like the photo of the ones I ordered. I ordered Bright Blue Sky - the flowers were mostly white and NONE of them was blue! Disappointed that what I ordered is not what was delivered.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
