The delivery time was amazing! The basket and contents were different than the picture and the listed items however. I had ordered the basket with assorted snacks cookies and candy, and received the basket with just chocolate candy. The card was not included, but a happy bday balloon was included which was nice. May not have been exactly what was ordered but my hubby loved it anyway and was super surprised. Thanks

I wanted to send flowers to my sister that was having a bad day. Opted for same day delivery but saw the $14.99 handling fee and changed my mind. About an hour later I got an email from the site offering to waive the handling fee if I completed my order! What a great offer! The flowers were delivered and my sister was ecstatic and said they looked beautiful. Will definitely use again!

I was very disappointed that my order was not delivered the same day - I paid extra money to insure it was delivered Friday - it was not. I called Friday and was told they tried to call me to let me know my purchase could not be delivered Friday. They offered delivery Saturday, the office was closed for the weekend of course. They offered delivery on Monday morning, $15 coupon and to deduct the same day delivery fee from the amount I paid. That was sufficient but still disappointed. I will use the $15 coupon, but I don't know that I will order from your company again. I could have called a florist shop in Lubbock instead of going online but I didn't I was impressed by your website... so much for that.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
