Now I understand all the other fees were included, but I guess you get what you pay for and in this instance that wasn't the case. She received the flowers in a timely manner though which was nice.

I had completed everything only to find a huge unmentioned shipping/handling charge. Fortunately I was distracted and later found a delay message deleting that charge otherwise I wouldn't have ordered from you. I was pleased with the timely delivery.

I was surprised the shipping was so much, but then when free shipping was offered I decided to give it a try... I don't like hidden charges. I was impressed by how quickly they called saying they had the flowers ready. Unfortunately the recipient wasn't home, so she didn't actually get them right away, but she loved them when she did!
Huge Help, The hospital denied the flowers because the patient was in surgery, so after talking to customer service we were able to have them shipped to her house.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
