These were sent to my daughter in Minnesota who had just passed her certification test. She called and also sent a picture because they were so beautiful and fresh. She said there were several buds that were going to keep it blooming for several days.
It's so easy to place an order. But I paid the expedited charge to delivery before 12pm and you delivered it at 1:45pm. The flowers were ok but I chose the deluxe and it was it sooo small I dont want to know the size of the regular one. I would never choose you again the flowers were so expensive.

Update: after receiving the product I can say everything is as promised or more. There is but one little thing that I might disregard but here it is: I ve ordered the flowers day in advance to secure timely delivery, and it did arrive within the time framework as promised, but very close to the end of office working hours. So it could have happened easily that the office was closed if it was five more minutes and surprise would be ruined. However, that did not happen! So, overall, very happy with everything.
I wish I could have written more on the card. But if the flowers are beautiful then it's all ok.
Update after delivery: The flowers delivered were not as described on the website when I ordered. I think the florist should do a better job providing as close to perfect as what the picture has shown. Otherwise don't offer it. The person who received the flowers I sent was thrilled and said they were beautiful so it all worked out. They looked to be of good quality.
Quality seems decent but price is exorbitant for the service, despite being the least expensive I could find in a short period of time. I just paid almost $50 for a balloon and a teddy bear.
The flowers were delivered a day early which was not acceptable. When I notified them, they said they would have the florist retrieve them from the recipient and re-deliver the next day, which is even worse. I emailed them not to do that, but the florist contacted the recipient anyway to arrange to retrieve them. Going from bad to worse. Finally, customer service called me, did not seem sympathetic to the issue, and then offered a credit to my account with them. As I will not use them again, this was useless. Then they offered a 20% credit back to my credit card. That was ok, better than nothing, but doesn't help my recipient get the flowers on the correct day. (The flower arrangement was also much smaller than I would expect for the "deluxe" top of the 3 choices arrangement, but that's subjective.)
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
