DO NOT waste your money on this company. I ordered a deluxe bouquet of roses and lilies to be delivered to my sister on her birthday, at her job. When she sent me a picture of it, I was embarassed. Instead of the 6 roses depicted on their site, there were only two old roses that were already wilting. Instead of the beautiful bright yellow lilies, she recieved a single open one, with a broken petal. Not only that, the base of one of the roses was gnawed through and jagged at the bottom.
Also, I paid extra to have them deliver it before 2pm. It didn't arrive at her office until after 4pm.
When I called to complain, they didn't know whether the bouquet had even been delivered. Said they would send a replacement bouquet out the next day. When it arrived after 4pm the next day, my sister sent a picture to show that she recieved it. What she recieved was 3 roses, 3 lilies, and 80% green filler.
When I emailed customer service, I got a generic reply not once, not twice, but three times. If I could give them ten negative stars, I would. HORRIBLE customer service, misleading pictures on their website, overpriced and terribly unorganized.

WHile I expect the product to look different than from website the clown flower arrangement delivered was creepy and at all like what was in the picture online.
I never saw the delivery fee until I had already agreed to things. It may have been there, but my recollection is that a pop-up must have obscured it. So I was stunned to see the final bill when I concluded my purchase. Also the photo I got from the recipient did not resemble the promised item. Yes, there were 10 gerber daisies - but gangly - stuck in the vase, not in a nice arrangement. Again, maybe I missed something. So, perhaps my cautionary note is for others to be more careful than I (and I'm in general very thorough.)

I ordered a birthday arrangement for same day delivery since it was the recipients birthday. Just after 3pm on the scheduled delivery day, I received a call to inform me that it would not be possible to deliver the flowers that day. Due to it being so late in the day, it was embarassing to have to let the person know that I did remember her birthday but the gift was unable to be delivered until the following day. The customer service associate who called me was somewhat apologetic and could only offer to remove the charge for same day delivery like it was a special accomodation. The flowers were NOT delivered same day so it seemed like a no brainer to me? The next day (after her birthday), I called customer service around 3pm PST because once again, no flowers. While i was on the phone, the flowers walked in the office. They did throw in a package of Almond Roca which was nice but the arrangement was nothing to write home about. The gentleman I spoke with at customer service the second day was very helpful, understanding and did a great job of making me feel like my continued business would be valued. It is only because of him that I may try to use this service again someday. In summary, I was disappointed that more care was not taken with a time sensitive delivery but grateful that the cost was not too excessive so I was able to come up with an alternative on her actual birthday.
So happy to send flowers to my mom on her birthday!
However, be warned: I ordered Godiva chocolate and they sent Almond Roca. I also ordered the rainbow roses mix and they sent only cream and yellow roses. I think when you order rainbow they send whatever is on hand.
Great products and services. Flowers were excellent. Delivery out of state no problem and ON TIME.
I could not correctly comment on the actual quality of the flowers since I sent them to someone and have not seen them.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
