They were very pretty and worth what I paid. However, it looked nothing like what I ordered online.
Easy to order, however when the product was not delivered on the expected date I sent a couple emails that apparently the customer service reps did not or could not understand.
This was totally frustrating and ruined my shopping experience with this company. I finally did hear from the company and was given a ten dollar discount. That was fine but not a pleasant experience overall.
The basket was received around 3pm. I saw a picture of it and was pleased because of the big purple bow, which is why I picked it for my friend. She mentioned it right away! Thank you again for making her day. I just wish I could have seen the finished product before it was delivered to her.

I ordered these balloons for my Nephew and great niece(his 5 year old daughter)birthday that falls on the same day.
They are quarentined in their home as they were exposed to Corona Virus a week ago. Her little birthday party had to be canceled. My niece has been unable to get out to get balloons and cake so this was the perfect solution.
I have to say, that she (and my nephew) were totally thrilled with those balloons. My great niece told me that she slept with them at the foot of her bed last night.
