I called the operator, and was told it was only certain selections that applied to this discount. There was no information on the email stating the limitations or anything. I ended up not utilizing the discount, but still sent some flowers. I felt like I had wasted my time digging and looking for something that didn't even matter. You should make the emails a little more transparent.
