I first saw your ad which read 20% discount! I tried to get that and couldn't! Then I went ahead and ordered flowers for $31.99, but when you billed me it was $39.99. So, I cancelled the order! Then, you sent me another email saying the shipping would be free!
I thought about it and decided to place my third order and it came up $39.99 for the flowers, which you originally said would be $27.99 by saving 20%! It would be interesting to understand the mixup! I just didn't appreciate the change in price after I went to checkout!
Order process was easy. Flowers were delivered on same day as ordered as per request with free shipping as advertised. Recipient said flowers were very nice but jammed into a vase that was a bit small. All in all a good overall experience.

I chose the Chips, Candy & More basket because the online picture showed "regular" bags of chips and candy items. The person this was delivered to is a very picky eater. What she received was more on the gourmet lines of cookies and fudge and truffles - that she most likely won't eat or enjoy. I know the products can change, based on what is available - but I found this to be very misleading, so completely different than what was in the picture online.
Beautiful Bouquet and great customer service! The driver was unable to get into the building to make the delivery but was patient with me while I contacted the recipient of the delivery! I will definitely use this business again!

Selection and pricing was what I was looking for and that was provided with the beautiful choices. Since the delivery was to another person, I was unable to verify the quality but did physically see that the delivery was made and from my vantage poit, they looked nice.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
