The last order I placed was not delivered on time at all. The delivery person for Charleston wv called my grandmother (and Tue flowers were supposed to be a surprise) and told her that she couldn't deliver that day because she needed to go home, that she couldn't find the house (downright lie)... This order seemed to have gone better.

Ordering the flowers was the easier task and I appreciated the size details for each flower option. My overall experience was quite pleasant and affordable. My only improvement would be mentioning the details of the service and handling fee, for example how much more I'd be paying for a sooner delivery date etc.

Very easily to order. I like that.what I don't like like is that I ordered it for same day delivery she received them the next day past noon, wasn't the order that I placed I ordered sugar and sweet which they did call and say they would upgrade to something close to it, not even close. I did pay the expedite charge which they kindly refunded it back to me and a 20.00 credit which I told the supervisor today that I want my original order sent and apply the 20.00 credit to it which he said they would work on this next week.

Complete mess the order, first day didn't even showed up, on the second day it was delivered at 439pm, (when it was promised first thing in the morning) and the card didn't say what I asked to say. How do you guys manage to mess it up so many times with one order. Incredible
